Extremely sharp, excellent contrast and wonderful image quality. The hood design is neat and lens-hood couple actually makes kind of "perfect hood" matching zoom range at almost eevry given focal point. Made very sturdy - would withstand prefessional...

The internal barrel extends beyond the outer shell during zooming that may seem potentially somewhat weak point for hard abuse (dust prone environment), however this feature makes up the "perfect hood".

Mycket bra all-round-objektiv utomhus, mindre bra för inomhusfotografering pga väl lång vidvinkel (i synnerhet på APS-C-sensor). Har haft det i drygt ett halvår nu (köpte för att jag ville ha en normalzoom) och det är i stort sett alltid denna glugg...

Mycket skarptecknande för att vara ett zoomobjektiv. Ljusstarkt. Säker, snabb och nästan ljudlös AF. Stort, ligger bra i handen. Ser "professionellt" ut, i synnerhet med motljusskyddet på

77 mm filterdiameter. Stort och "professionellt", detta är inget objektiv man är anonym med. Ingen vidvinkel att tala om på APS-C sensor (men det gäller ju alla 28 mm objektiv). Kanske aningen i tyngsta laget men det är marginellt i så fall
