Things experienced with this washing machine that we've never experienced before in our whole careful 25+ year history of using washing machines: Chewed and ripped clothing. Not on every wash but often enough it's no surprise any more. Bye bye...

Just on the 2 year guarantee the machine started playing up. Error codes keep coming up and the tumble dryer overheats so cannot use it. Expensive machine with very poor quality. Avoid at all costs.

Does what it says on the steel at a good price

Be aware that there is virtually no room at the rear for any kind of plumbing or power supply under a standard depth work top. I had to have supply pipe, waste pipe and power supply refitted!

Had previous model in rented out flat: lasted 7 years with constant use so replaced it with another smeg. Hope this lasts as long! Seems well built & good value for less than four hundred quid. Particularly like the fast 15 minute cycle.

Quite noisy spin cycle & quite slow tumble drier but I believe this is often the case with combo washer dryers.
