I've have my machine for about 3 years and it still runs fine. The only thing I can not figure out is how the washing power gets up on the rim of the drum & into the funnel bit in the left corner above the drum. It always looks grubby.

This is a terrible washing machine and brand, within 3 months it broke down and had to be replaced and we have had the new for around month and is not spinning and breaking down again just like the old one, endless repairs done to it and nothing helps....
