We had only had the machine a few months when it stopped mid cycle, we rang the service number who told us to switch the power off then back on. This didn't work so the sent an engineer. As the machine was still under guarantee the repair of a new...

cycle times do seem very long but machine is in the kitchen whereas my last one was in the utility room (different house) so maybe I am just more aware of how long it takes
