The door could open wider. And if you could add higher spin , not just lower . In cycles

Prewash programme seems to be integrated into main wash and I find this would be better if it was separate.

Nice and quiet compared with old machine. Allows for a lot of adjustment (spin speed, intensity, temperature) within each setting.

Apart from the Quick Wash each programme takes a ridiculous amount of time. Clothes seem to come out very wrinkled but still not particularly dry. Since I first used it, I've had an allergic rash which I suspect is the machine not using as much water...

Big drum and works quietly, very easy to use and has delay wash which is great.
