Hotpoint was delivered in a timely manner and seemed to work fine. Unfortunately after 3 washes went faulty. Booking the repair with Hotpoint team was a bit nightmare as the staff on their customer service line was more interested in up-selling...

Excellent machine best yet easy to use and so quite very pleased indeed

Very quiet machine, some good washing cycles. The dryer is very good.

It has a quick wash which is good but it is only 30 degrees, would have preferred it higher. Unfortunately if you want a 60 degree the shortest time is 1.55 too long.

30 degree Fast Wash very useful. Ability to modify programs.
