Cost. Drying times are quite lengthy and set wash programs are too long, they can be shortened without any noticeable effect on the cleanliness of the washing.

I bought this machine because it was one of the few which fitted into the space in my fitted kitchen, but I have found it washes very well.

the only point I would make is that my old one has a 30 min wash to just freshen up clothes.
