Overall very disappointed given the money I spent. I had always considered Bosch to be a reputable brand. I emailed my disatisfaction to the company and have had no response.

Avoid at all costs. Had exactly the same problem as noted in the other review, clearly a problem with this model.

not impressed at all. I have always used front loader washing machines, but this has got to be the worst by far. Nothing good to say about it.
