Quiet cycle and spin; does an excellent wash compared to my old machine; lots of options for different materials/colours; option to cut down the time of the long wash cycles; senses the amount of clothes in the drum and fills with water accordingly

Detergent drawer seems a bit flimsy; wash cycles very long; only has a rinse and spin not just a spin cycle

Very quiet and my husband only needed showing once so thus very easy to use

The sharp 'clunk' noise when the start button is pressed.

Easy to use, you can quickly find your way round the buttons and settings even without reading the instruction manual.

Would prefer the front loading door to be in white rather than in silver, but that is just a personal preference.
