fixed three time befoe replacement- refund

 

we got this washing machine in feb 2014 .the spin dryer started to bang loud after 4 weeks we were told it needed three new spring . They put them in and only lasted 2 months then it went back for another set of springs .. They lasted till December...

Dodgy product. Don't recommend it at all.

 

Had this machine for 3 months before it stopped spinning. Took it in to get fixed under warranty, then after 6 weeks it stopped spinning again. Undid the back to take a look and found a wire broken, which I have found out was the same thing that had...

Washing tub works good

Spinner only takes 3.5kg whereas washtub takes 6kg.
