Much quieter than my old washing machine - I kept going into the kitchen to check it was still working! I'm very pleased with the machine overall, it has everything I will ever need from a washing machine.

Easy to program with fairly quiet operation. Typical AEG wash quality where clothes are always perfectly clean

There is no child lock but once the machine is running a cycle it doesn't seem to change programme even if you push other buttons. Also, because of the dial method of selecting programmes, you can't set it going by mistake. I would like to see a short...

Easy to install. Easy to operate - just click and go. Very quiet and no leaping about the floor. Robust and well made. Good value for money.

No option for a really quick cycle as we had with our previous Hotpoint.
