Fairly quiet in use. Simple controls

Slow cycle times. 20+ minutes for a rinse? Doesn't dry very well. Delivered faulty. Couldn't be used until new parts arrived over a week later.

Cleans well and fairly quiet.

Wash cycles seem to take a long time. Approx 20 minutes just for a quick rinse. Replacement machine was missing stops on the top tray so we had to wait a week for spares to be sent before it would work.

re-start after interuption is lenghty, and drying isnt always as dry as it should be, plate racks can not be lowered for over sized pans etc.

It looks good; it doesn't have too many knobs and buttons; it is very competitively priced...and it is SMEG.

This is not a product that, in my opinion, does anything for the good reputation that SMEG has deservedly achieved in the marketplace. Disappointing to load. For example: it does not take large dinner plates. Well, they are not even large plates...

upper loading tray is better without the plastic clamps on to secure glasses etc apart from that very good machine
