I spent a lot of money $1500 on this dishwasher from a reputable Brisbane store 16 months ago??? Right from the word go we had issues with it not pumping water. Regularly does not clean the dishes properly. Cant use the one only short cycle of 30 mins...

I was happy with this machine overall but now the motor has died and the experienced repairman told me that Siemens and Bosch are using sub-standard pumps and motors that fail quite easily and the motor is expensive and hard to reach so to repair it...

ty, if the machine has problems after 2 years. Also you have to apply on line within a short time frame to get a 10 year warranty on the inner tub ( once again there is no paperwork to indicate this) . I am also still awaiting a reply to my questions...

Well designed dishwasher, better than the Bosch cousins. Washes well, is quiet in operation and has more folding racks . The cutlery drawer is a winner, (cutlery box is also still provided for extras if needed) But beware, the customer service from BHS...
