Excellent choice of cycles and the 30 min cycle is great for regualr use - cleans really well. Normal cycle is very long but can be reduced by using half load feature (even for a full load!) - we do this once a week for a "flush out". Easy to install...

Only slight improvement could be made if the bottom basket had more structure across the bottom so extra cups could be slotted into the gaps between plates and dishes - they tend to fall through.

The loading racks are not incredibly versitile, and if you have the knife trays fixed in the top, you will not fit normal sized cups or glasses underneath, a babies beaker is about the biggest thing it can fit.
