Poor internal layout - although there is a lot of space and you can fit in lots of plates etc you can't move the cutlery rack and it doesn't accomodate wine glasses very well.

Easy to use, quiet compared to my last dishwasher and the fit is better. The door close has a definite solid click. The machine feels solid and robust. The intensive cycle is very good, we have had a few rejects with the eco cycle.

It doesn't have a wine glass holder like our last dishwasher so we have had to lay them awkwardly at an angle in the top tray.

Two year guarantee extended to 4 years for small extra fee. Also very quiet when washing.

Found it quite difficult to stack & load after hotpoint one but may be something I will just get used to!

Replaced our 9 year old Neff Dishwasher as we are more than happy with the brand.
