good service good machine works fine

Plumbed in and leaking all over my kitchen floor! Have a 6 month old baby in the house and the engineer won't be out for another week! Very disappointed!!!

It does not wash as well as my old Beko, the wash times are ridiculous, 3 hrs for a normal cycle! It does not dry the dishes very well even with the rinse aid dial on high. Sometimes the door does not release the detergent so I have to do a wash all...
