I purchased IFB Nepture dishwasher in July 2012 paying nearly 35000 Rs. Within 2 months it started giving the F5 problem and dishes were not cleaning properly. The technician first came and replaced the pump (after nearly 10 days of making phone calls)...

Hi I m Manvijay.This company is not at all gud.I myself had a microwave which was in a need to repair.Then,when I contacted them they listen to the problem...but afterwards they didnt answer ur calls...n make the people in trouble...

SERVANT MAID VS DISH WASHER

Very recently i have purchased a IFB Neptune, after lot of persuassion the demonstration guy had turned up and initially started selling his stand and the other detergents etc to be used in this machine

if the service is good then we could recommend this for a small family
