Build quality has gone down compared to our old model it replaced. Just hope the reliability will be up to expectations.

loading problems and bottom tray falls out when it is pulled out of the machine for loading, especially if there is even one dish in the front of it. not impressed.

Excellent wash and dry cycle cleans pots good storage.

When fitted by the retailers team after a week the unit kept tipping forward and moving when the door was opened.

Cleans very well on 70 min cycle. Very quiet.

Strange grey attachment on top rack, suppose it's for glass stems but none of my glasses fit is easily. Dreadful instruction book - it seems they have produced just one book for all their models so most of the contents don't apply and it's up to you to...

Normal cycle is three hours. Too long. Only use short cycle. It's good enough. Wee bit noisy.

No additional knife racks. Feels cheap. Items not dry unless on 70. Smells after wash. Instructions not clear
