Wash quality compared to the Neff it replaced is poor and almost non existent on pie dishes etc: Contact by e-mail only please.

Very quiet in operation, good selection of progammes, does the job well.

Lower runners consistently come "off track". Very annoying. Seems to be a common complaint in reviews. Audible signal for end of cycle is extremely faint - more or less useless. Cutlery basket holes are far too small - had to cut half of the plastic...
