After a week of using this my teeth had whitened 3-4 shades

After a few weeks of use there isn't much difference in the colour of my teeth. They seem brighter but not whiter. It's a nice toothpaste and cleans teeth really well but not at that price.

I used this twice daily for two tubes worth and I don't think it works. My chief naughty habit as regards stains is drinking diet coke; I don't smoke or drink coffee, tea or red wine. Even when I gave up diet coke for a period, it still did not work....

Best toothpaste I have ever used. Nice tasting. Cleans, provides and maintains a bright white finish after 1 - 2 weeks. Dentist comments on how clean my teeth are at every check up. No dental work required for years. Very highly reccomended.
