Panasonic SC-HTB500 Sound Bar Home Theater System with Wireless Subwoofer

 

This item will NOT replace a surround sound system. If you want something to "blow your socks off" this item is not for you. Mine came with a sub woofer and the sound is fine.

Easy to install (2 HDMI cables, 1 fiber optic cale ), takes up a minimum amout of space and enhances the sound from a flet screen

The remote is too small and could disappear in a couch pillow

If there's one thing that ticked me off about reading reviews for this product on newegg, it's that people keep saying "THERE'S NO BASS OR TREBLE CONTROL". Well, guess what, there's a bass up and down button right there on the small remote to adjust...

Small footprint ; Blends in with TV ; Sound quality ; Wireless subwoofer ; Easy setup ; Small remote (I don't need any more remotes, I've got 3 already) ; Price (paid $200 for it)

Blinking/solid flashing LED lights to notify you when settings are on/off, hard to tell when something's on or off (such as dolby virtual surround etc)

Not worth the cost of entry!

 

I own a Panasonic G20 and thought a panasonic ARC system would be the best thing to get. I was wrong. I hated the quality of the bass was way to LOUD or soft no ability to customize. I ended up buying a Sony HTCT150 and LOVE it.. Still has ARC support...
