I asked if this was stuck to the bottom of the kitchen sink! This is sooo heavy. My son-in-law has used this nearly every time he cooks.

Great press to go along with the 11" or 12" griddle pan. Just made breakfast panninis for my kids with scrambled eggs, bacon, spinach and cheese and it worked great and cleanup was effortless. I had a Le Creuset pannini set which weighed about 20 lbs...

warning, this is big and very heavy, but boy does it do the job, used on steaks last night and gave the nice searing lines, steaks tasted like they were right out of an expensive steak house. Thanks Todd, your brillant.
