I'm very happy with it I'm glad to say its not as heavy as I thought it would be the old George Forman was quite heavy and as you can remove the plates makes it easier to clean

Doesn't hear up in all areas but the hot bits cool really well. Removable plates are an essential for cleaning

i bought this 2 weeks ago got it whilst on offer was replacing my old faithful one love the removable plates for washing but doesnt cook or heat as well as origanal glad got it on offer
