with the ceramic plates in it only gets hot over the gaps between the plates and burns stuff while over the plate will take 4 times longer to cook. Also put plate over on right over smoker and grills on left. So more of the burners heat the grill area....

I paid big bucks for this BBQ in NZ. Elements have deteriorated and fell apart and I cannot find replacement. Standard replacements too short!! Rear rotisserie element keeps getting a spider web in it meaning i have to tear apart removing all rear...

Everything the other two reviewers was true. I paid $4000! for this bbq in early 2009 and thought i was paying far more than was necessary to get the best. cooking is hopeless because it doesnt stay hot enough with the llid up as burners too far away....
