A good product but no recipe book.

 

I agree this Microwave is complicated to use but you can learn reasonably quickly. I bought this model because I thought it would be efficient for just 2 people. However I have never had combination microwave before and because their is no recipe book...

30 sec button, Quality is very good

Complicated. e.g. if you want a lower intensity burst it takes 6 steps.

Manual too complicated

 

It appears that you need an engineering degree to use this microwave. The manual is complicated and the customer service helpline just suggested going into a shop and asking for a demonstration! Maybe it is a good oven but whether I will ever be able...

Think twice before buying

 

This unit has so many features that it is very difficult to use or understand. Usability 1 out of 10. Had installed for 4 days and the microwave died. Still waiting for repair. Reliability 0 out of 10. Build quality looks good and it seems to be...

Looks great and matches other AEG products.

Unreliable (microwave stopped working after 4 days). Very complicated to operate.
