Poor service from IFB

I bought a IFB Convection Microwave oven 30SC3 (30 litres) last Sunday from Girias Bangalore (on Bannerghatta road). Its 4 days since then and no one from IFB has come for a demo. We were promised that

demo would happen within 48 hours during purchase. After many follow-ups with Girias and the IFB person (who was supposed to come for demo today), the demo has NOT yet happened. IFB Customer care was not ready to take a complaint for the same....
