Setting this fryer seems backwards. You sent the temp, then the frying time, then turn it on. When you are signalled the temp is reached, you have to remember to hit on again to actually start the timer. When I want to fry a second batch, I usually...

Basket is much deeper then most fryers of this style available now.

Print on function buttons does wear off almost immediately... you have to remember which button is for which function. The plug connects magnetically. At first it wanted to come loose all the time. I don't know if it was upside down or what... but it...

Print markings easily rub off. Sometimes does not want to turn on. Parts were thrown lose into delivery box, some showed rub marks.
