light and heats up quick and glides easily over fabric. Dont have to refill with water that often.

easy to handle and good plate shape for getting to small areas.

Lift-up flap to water chamber comes off easily (don't think it is meant to) and is fiddly to put back on. Plastic of water chamber is so dark it is difficult to see how much water is left in it.
