There is nothing bad at all about this iron.It is the best I have ever used and does all it says it will. I hate ironing, but once I start with this I do not want to stop!

I've had two other steam pressure irons and this beats the others by far. The steam control is great and the detachable water supply is really easy. My shirts have never looked so good.

It takes a good three minutes to heat up ready or ironing, so it's not the best for a quick touch up of a pair of trousers before a run into work.
