Exceeded my expectations in enterprise use

 

I used 10 of these in an ScaleIO datastore. Without much tuning, it gave 148K combined front-end IOPS, and rock solid stability. The purpose of the test was to show how enterprise NVMe beat the consumer-grade SATA SSD, it turns out Intel's certain...

Very Happy

 

It now takes me longer to type my password than it does for my O/S to load. Bought a second one for my work laptop so I could enjoy the speed there too. Have not been disappointing yet with either computer.

Fast

No legitimate complaints to think of. Just looking forward to when SSD drives are more comparable to HDD drives.

Do not trust this product.

 

I've purchased many products by Mushkin. USB sticks, memory, and various styles of SSD. I have a stack of Chronos here that are dependable, my USB stick is going strong at 4 years old. But the Mushkin Enhanced are not to be trusted. I'm not sure why...

The refurb Mushkin sends in replacement seems to work fine

Good quality sound but...

 

Everyone told me, go SSD, its like a huge upgrade- some things do happen much faster, which is nice, but it really wasn't that bad with my fast HDD. Mainly, I wanted to post my review as I've seen a few defective posts, important to balance them out...

Great drive, no issues!

Dead after 2 weeks

 

Ran well while it lasted. Very light.

Died after 2 weeks of use. I shut my computer down one evening and everything is gone the next day. Ironically I was going to do a backup this weekend. Now all my files are gone and I will have to spend another 5 hours installing and setting everything...

Lasted 2 weeks

 

Ran well while it lasted. Very light & nice style

Died after 2 weeks. Turned my computer off normally like every day, then the next day it's dead. It will take me another 6 hours to get everything back on a new drive and organized.

Defective

 

I've had this SSD for about a month now after building a new PC from scratch. I experienced multiple BSOD's in the first month usually when performing multiple tasks. After booting from BSOD I would receive the "Please insert bootable device" black...
