This is my first epilator and I was slightly nervous - expecting pain. However - it was painless - there was some sensation but it was not painful at all. I have had my bikini area waxed and eyebrows threaded and it was nothing like those experiences....

epilator doesnt seem to o its job but the electric razor part is ok. Gave it to my daughter as i was disapointed so much with it and she can use the razon part. Would not recommend

Would have been helpful to have an English 3 pin plug with it rather than European 2 pin! If you're ordering this item you should maybe buy a converter plug
