Remington Keratin radiance tong

I bought this item to replace my old Babyliss waver, but i am so regretting now. Was trying two times and both times was no waves at all. Money waisted!

I used this to curl my daughter's long thick hair and we struggled to even get a decent curl in from the start never mind to get one to last. Super disappointing. We never bothered with it again.
