Easily the best bass of any bone conduction headset we've tested
Greatly improved sound ; Light and comfortable to wear ; Quick-charge feature ; Larger, easier to use controls
More noticeable vibrations ; More expensive than OpenRun
The OpenRun Pro are the best-sounding bone conduction headphones we've tested, and mean you no longer need to make big compromises on audio quality if you want to opt for an open-ear headset. They also boast an impressive quick charge function that...

Bone conduction headphones that can actually bring the bass? The Shokz OpenRun Pro delivers punchier sound than you expect from the tech
Ultra light and comfortable for exercise ; As good as bone conduction sound gets ; Dependable battery life
No fit adjustment ; Proprietary charging cable ; Too easily drowned out by traffic
Delivers better-sounding audio than any bone conducting rival. The OpenRun Pro also goes the distance on battery life, is comfortable to wear, and charges rapidly. Open-ear headsets don’t get much better.

The Shokz OpenRun Pro Bone Conduction are the upgraded variant of the Shokz OpenRun Bone Conduction. Like their sibling, they use vibrations on your cheekbones r...
IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. Decent recording quality. Supports multi-device pairing. Over 14 hours of continuous playback time. Stable, comfortable, and well-built design.
Prone to inconsistencies in audio delivery. Really lack low-bass. Leak audio at high volumes. Don't block out any background noise.
The Shokz OpenRun Pro are disappointing for neutral sound. These headphones reproduce sound by creating vibrations on your cheekbones, which travel to your inner ear. As a result, our testing rig can't adequately measure their performance. In real-life...

Shokz (recently rebranded from AfterShokz) is famous for its bone conduction headphones and its latest—the magnificent OpenRun Pro—are headphones the company should be proud of. They sport better audio than ever and larger buttons, have tons of great...
Lightweight & comfy ; Improved bass ; Quick charge support ; Multipoint Bluetooth
Pricier than standard OpenRun model ; Limited IP55 sweat resistance ; Proprietary charger

The Shokz OpenRun Pro Sports Headphones may be premium priced, but I think they are worth the coin if you are looking for bone-conducting style headphones. You'll love them for indoor and outdoor activities, and I use them all the time for other...
Very comfortable ; Well built, water/sweat resistant and durable ; Top-notch sound quality ; Great battery life ; Nice carrying case

Whether or not bone conduction headphones fit your tastes, the Shokz OpenRun Pro serve as an example of how good they can be when the pieces fit just right. You still have to keep an open mind, but these headphones make that easier to do.
Good sound quality ; Comfortable fit ; Multipoint connections ; Decent app support ; Solid battery life
Bass could be better ; Can't really adjust fit ; App needs a deeper EQ
The OpenRun Pro continue to show why Shokz is the premier brand for bone conduction headphones by doing the key things right. You do sacrifice a thing or two to get the experience, but if you're down to free your ears, you won't go wrong with these.
