The qualtiy and the design is really poor. The on/off switch is absoulutely terrible. It might take you at least 20 times to get this thing to turn on. One thing I learned was when you heard the relay click after turning on, you hit the on button again...

The frame itself looks nice

Won't power up. Unit was a Xmas gift for an east coast relative. Now having to get it sent back to me so I can return/replace it. Should have spent a few more bucks on a better product

Worked right of the box. No issues as others stated. Pictures look great so far. Haven't messed with the sound and video yet but its for my wife so probably never will get that use
