Good concept.

Poorly executed. You need to jump through hoops to make this work and it only seems to work on a PC or maybe a pre-Snow Leopard Mac.

It was cheap enough so I probably won't return it for a replacement - I'll just get another brand as this was a little gift for someone ; It'll still work as a keychain

Didn't work - didn't see anything on the Coby website that addresses this issue

I like the key chain idea with photos. Great picture for small key chain and rechargeable

Software installation was a bit confusing. I had trouble uploading pictures on it because of software. It turns out that you have to be an admin to install the software and stay admin to use it
