Anybody can let a bad one slip through the cracks. My bad rating is based on the fact that I couldn't get any help, and any attempt to contact the company just resulted in automated canned responses.

Loaded some pictures on a USB drive and started the frame. Within 3 or 4 days it started hanging up on a picture. Reboot would work sometimes and not at other times. Then it just stopped booting.

I ordered this for my grandma for MOTHER's DAY... I've almost decided to return this when I was trying to start the slideshow of pictures with PLAY button in the Remote Control.. It was taking atleast 15-30 seconds to respond to the key press......
