Sound is great anywhere in the house , does not cut out. I can't say anything bad about it.

Presidian™ DECT 6.0 Accessory Handset by Presidian ($29.98) is the handset to buy for this phone. I had to go to my loal RadioShack to get help finding the correct handset. It wasn't correctly identified in the manual.

went to store got this and it worked about a week and started to tie up the phone line took back they replaced it with another and two weeks later it started to do the same took to different house same results seems dsl lines are causing it to fail now...

I opened the box, plugged in the base to charge the handset, and all I saw was (E1). [...]Now a week later I'm out money and the phone is still in the box E1 and all..........
