Bought this to replace older model panasonic phone almost like this one. Was very Happy with old model but it got fried in voltage spike when power went off and back on. the other was white while this one is black

Everything it says it does it does perfectly. the handset is comfortable, the voice quality is great, and the ring is loud enough for me to hear throughout the house, but doesn't hurt my ears to listen to
