Very confusing menu

 

I bought this phone online for my mother, i thought the features would be nice and it looked upscale, did not get to play with as it's not available in store.

Complete garbage

 

This phone is not worth the money....it loses connection to the base all the time & the battery life is literally 20 mins & I only purchased it 2 months ago
