Having been disappointed with a previous BT package, I am so far quite pleased with a smaller, less expensive Binatone one.

Find this easy to use, buttons are clear and sound very clear. Ideal for someone like me , of more mature years.

The Sound quality is very poor quality and too quiet. Even on maximum volume, it is difficult to hear the caller on the other end of the line. It's a shame as these phones are otherwise easy to use. So I'll be taking them back later this week.
