I simply cannot tell you how well these heaters work. Although this one (actually I bought two) is "refurbished" its humming away right now...or rather not "humming" as its completely silent. I babied my old one through this cold winter after 6(!)...

Used to offset high propane prices - worked wonderfully - used two downstairs to create an airflow from one end of the house to the other, and the warm air rose upstairs. 3200 sq ft home - used two of theses downstairs and one electric oil-filled...

This heater works great. If it still worked it would be a 5 stars.

Refurbished items have a 30 day replacement warranty and no refunds. This device lasted just about 33 days.

High Speed Switch doesn't work and never has ; You can only online chat with problems with New ; Egg. So if you have a slow connection to bad ; Heater has been a huge disappointment
