I just bought the Omega Altise ACP 12 for the kids room, under pressure from wife. compact and looks ok, easy to wheel around provided you expand and contract the hose. the off timer and sleep mode is good idea. also show current room temp which is handy.

window kit was a bit lacking in height & side sealing ( we have Aluminium slide windows ), also not perfect with screw on plastic to hold the extandable/telescopic plastic to length but a bit of duct tape fixed all that, easy to put together.

It is great portable air conditioner and delivers excellent cooling power. Great value too ($650 paid)!

The shape is not fashion style. It comes with 12 months warranty only (some brands provide 24 months warranty)
