Cooling only used in extreme heat but it has no problem cooling an area of approx 90sqm in a reasonable time frame. Ditto for the heating which we probably use more than we use it to cool. It's a bit heavy on the electricity, so we don't abuse our usage.

Energy rating a bit high on the Kelvinator products but are cheaper to buy, so I guess that balances the cost of ownership out. have zero problems with these. All Mitsubishi air cons have a very good reputation

Works well, and seems to be on par with my older 2.75 NEC split system.
