It works very well as expected. I cools the areas I bought it for and does a good job. It has not been hard on our electric bill, either.

well i will have to send this back because once it was installed and i turned it on it sounded like a lawn mower. so it apparently is defective. i am going to try one more time and get a even exchange. hopefully it will work.

This unit never worked properly. It constantly was freezing over. After a few weeks, I sent it back.

THIS WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER IS GREAT. I AM SO GLAD I ORDERED IT. IT COOLS THE AREA I WANTED COOLED AND THEN SOME. EASY INSTALLMENT, DIDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL. IT MET MY NEED. THANKS FINGERHUT
