If I had to name something, the unit is a bit bulky, but it has a pretty modern design so it's not an eye-sore

Definitely gets cool, not very noisy

Air outflow is too one-directional. Should have wider outflow options - as all of the air is pointed in one direction making it difficult to cool a whole room evenly
