bought two of these window a/c units . One unit had tight fan motor and wouldn't spin fan blade. Had to spin fan blade by hand to free up. Then worked fine. Very easy to install.

I bought this A/C unit for a small (500 sq ft) apartment, and it's used to cool the living room area. It does a great job at its primary mission. But be aware that it is relatively noisy.
