I received my replacement from NewEgg. This unit actually works. Still giving it a VERY POOR rating, as the side of this unit was dented very badly. Doesn't hinder operation, but it says something about the quality of these units that I can't get one...

I bought one of these units for a customer of mine. The software that interfaced with the PC didn't work, downloaded a different versio, seem to work only every time the power went out so did their server. Customer Service is the worst I have ever...
