Frankly, I haven't found any negatives other than the price has gone up some since I bought it. I was considering selling my system and building a new Newegg system but am reconsidering that now as I price the components

2 ide ports and 2 sata ports makes this a great upgrade board as you can hook your old hard drive into it, the case has 1 80mm fan and places for either 2 80mm or 1 80mm and a scoop for the cpu cooler, very good price

the power supply, i can deal with 300w, just lay off the cards, but only four 4 pin connectors is a pain. i had to dig throuhg parts and solder up an extension/adapter in order to have enough 4 pins to run my other 2 case fans
