With WHS installed, I have gone through all the drivers I can download for ti and I still have one "Unknown device". It doesn't seem to affect performance. so it's really a minor annoyance ; Also installing the RAM is not simple, but it's not difficult...

Fits my needs perfect...using for a kitchen PC, so no optical drive needed. Runs quick for basic tasks with max memory. Fantastic for a headless design. Super quiet too...can't even tell it's running. 4 USB ports is nice, since it's really the only way...

Any cons are simply because of the form factor. If you're buying this system, you know it's going to be a tight fit. And you do need a magnetized screwdriver, but I wouldn't build a PC without one

Yes, the SO-DIMM memory goes into the bottom of the motherboard. You need to remove 7 screws to take out the board (was not hard--I did not have to bend the board)

NIC was only intermittently working and now appears dead. Also, the RAM slot is on the BOTTOM and motherboard cannot be removed without seriously flexing it. Also, the case cannot be opened without removing the serial number sticker. This is a very bad...
