Refurbished item arrived missing the video card and missing 2 USB 2.0 ports.

Returned the PC for a replacement.

Refurbishers did a nice job of cleaning up the case. The case looked brand new. They even did such a good job of covering up 2 of the 4 USB ports on the front panel, I could not tell anything was missing until I checked HP's web site.

The shipped PC was missing the AMD Radeon R7 240 video card, and 2 of the front panel USB 2.0 ports were missing.

We've ordered 20 of these machines and one thing I had to say is, it's good to see that HP thought of built-in dual screen support with a very decent graphics chip. Came with Windows 8 pro thought we have downgraded to Win 7 pro . The i7 off course...
